Services

Below are services offered:

  • Intensive In Community Program (must be approved by PerformCare):
    • Intensive in community counselors provide youth and their families with psycho-education, conflict resolution skill training, effective coping skills development, healthy limit-setting, emotional regulation skills development, stress management, symptom management and/or problem solving skills.  Services are provided in the home in accordance with a plan of care. Evidence based interventions are used to assist children and families with their unique needs.
    • Behavioral Assistance Services-outcome-oriented assistance to help children and adolescents increase coping skills. The service is provided under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.
  • Outpatient Counseling:
    • Adults–Services address emotional issues and conditions such as:
      • Emotional issues
      • Grief and loss
      • Adjustment issues (e.g., aging, unemployment, divorce, medical illness or disability)
      • Difficulty with intimacy/commitment
      • Indecisiveness, self-doubt or lack of confidence
      • Lack of motivation or excessive feelings of inhibition
      • Chronic feelings of bitterness or negativity
      • Unresolved conflicts with others
      • Psychosomatic symptoms (for example: tension headaches, fatigue and insomnia)
      • Chronic sadness
      • Chronic worrying, anxiety
      • Interpersonal problems
    • Children, teens and families- Services address emotional and behavioral issues such as:
      • Emotional concerns
      • Behavioral problems
      • Parent/child conflict
      • Grief and loss
      • Attention problems or hyperactivity
      • Oppositional issues
      • Trauma
      • Truancy
      • Social Skills concerns
      • Involvement with negative peers
      • Adjustment issues
      • Bullying
      • Legal involvement
      • Acting out behavior
